The launch of QWO needed to give the product credibility and traction. Two invite-only events were executed prior to the official launch date in March 2021 to accomplish this.

The “Qwo Beyond the Vial” Executive Event had a goal of 100 practitioners attending the event, and the goal was exceeded with 668 practitioners attending. The “Q the Whoa” Early Experience Program followed this event a few months later with a 91% attendance rate and a +28k increase in mentions of Qwo on Instagram. Within one month of “Q the Whoa” concluding, 89% of practitioners had treated their first patient.

Sales for Q1 were 1.17M, 117% of the budget forecasted at 1M.

 
 
 

Nine months after launch, the healthcare provider website had over 16,000 visits, over 1,500 practitioners expressed interest in carrying Qwo in their offices, over 40,000 4mL vials were sold, 840+ accounts were certified to treat with Qwo and 5 billion media impressions.
